Raymond Pelia has been working in the professional industry since 2004. Raymond began their career at Starbucks, where they managed and operated Starbucks Coffee cafes in several competitive markets across California. In 2021, Raymond moved to Nor-Cal Controls ES, Inc., where they currently serve as Corporate Recruiter. Nor-Cal Controls ES, Inc. is a professional, customer-focused company offering consulting, engineering and training services to the power generation sector. Raymond specializes in power plant automation, solar and process engineering solutions.
