Raymond Pelia

Raymond Pelia has been working in the professional industry since 2004. Raymond began their career at Starbucks, where they managed and operated Starbucks Coffee cafes in several competitive markets across California. Raymond was solely responsible for P&L performance and driving sales figures, and they recruited and developed multiple high-performing teams. In 2016, Raymond moved to Intertek, where they served as Sample Management Supervisor. In this role, they supervised all day-to-day operations of sample management in a GLP-regulated pharmaceutical contract research organization. Raymond hired, trained, and developed all department personnel and oversaw and refined all sample management processes and workflows to be in compliance with industry regulations. In 2018, Raymond joined Ledgent, where they served as Business Solutions Manager. In this role, they provided support to local San Diego businesses and jobseekers. Raymond worked with business clients to fulfill their employment needs and connected them with the best talent available. In 2021, Raymond moved to Nor-Cal Controls ES, Inc., where they currently serve as Corporate Recruiter. Nor-Cal Controls ES, Inc. is a professional, customer-focused company offering consulting, engineering and training services to the power generation sector. Raymond specializes in power plant automation, solar and process engineering solutions.
