Bill Dufour

Bill DuFour has extensive work experience in operations and continuous improvement. Bill served as the Director of Operations at Nordam from February 2008 until present. Bill also held the position of Black Belt - Continuous Improvement at Nordam from June 2007 to February 2008. Prior to joining Nordam, Bill was the Director of Operations at Chromalloy from January 2001 to May 2007. Bill began their career as a Plant Manager at Pratt & Whitney in 1995 and worked there until 2001.

Bill DuFour obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Northern Illinois University in 1979. Bill then attended Spartan School of Aeronautics from 1979 to 1981, where they acquired an A+P License. In 1999, they pursued their MBA specializing in Business and Aviation from Webster University. Additionally, in 2007-2008, they earned a Black Belt from BMG - Breakthrough Management Group, mastering Continuous Improvement, Lean, Statistical Analysis, and DMAIC.
