Clifford Shaeffer is an accomplished aerospace engineer with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent organizations in the industry. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at NORDAM since April 2015, Clifford oversees technical issues and provides mentorship for the engineering team, having previously held the position of Vice President of Engineering and Technology within the same company. Prior to NORDAM, Clifford held senior engineering management positions at Spirit AeroSystems, focusing on major projects such as the 787-10 and A350. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Engineer for the Alliant Techsystems facility specializing in Airbus A350 production, and significant roles at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, the USAF, and Gulfstream Aerospace. Academic qualifications include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
