Joel R. Dougherty

Joel R. Dougherty is vice president of human resources & EHS at NORDAM, where he supports all levels of the organization, from frontline stakeholders to corporate executives.

He leads the HR team to excel in organizational design, staffing, specialized training development and delivery, executive coaching, stakeholder relations and people-resource management. He also oversees safety and security functions.

Dougherty also serves as a human resources officer in the United States Navy Reserve, and regularly shares his time and knowledge with various non-profit organizations and boards.

He earned a Master of Arts in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Tulsa, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Oral Roberts University, both in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
