Krista Smalley

Krista Smalley's work experience includes being the Director of Human Resources at NORDAM since November 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Kennametal, starting as a Human Resources Representative in January 1998 and later becoming a Human Resources Manager in October 2001. From there, they advanced to the position of Regional Human Resources Manager in February 2006 and then became a Senior Human Resources Manager in September 2014. Krista held this position until November 2016.

Krista Smalley earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University in 1997. Krista later pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University, which they completed in 2009.
