Raegen Siegfried

VP, HushWorks at The NORDAM Group

Raegen Siegfried is an experienced financial analyst and business development professional who brings his affinity for free enterprise and innovation to NORDAM as vice president, HushWorks.

In this position, Siegfried leads the internal NORDAM team working to uncover new, advanced and evolving technologies, processes, materials or product lines for possible implementation at any division. He is most passionate about the work he is doing to help define which products and services the company will be selling in the next five to 10 years. Recently, machining and tooling were moved under his direction, ensuring any new intellectual properties have a smooth internal transition from concept to reality.

As an aerospace ‘numbers guy’ turned prognosticator with innate people skills, Siegfried brings a unique perspective to identifying and monetizing areas of future growth. His grasp of analytics allows him to road-map emerging technologies, materials and products with an eye toward industry-partner and university collaborations to bring new ideas to market.

Prior to joining NORDAM in 2013 as an account manager supporting airlines in Indonesia, Japan and the Philippines, his career included a series of increasingly responsible positions with United Technologies Corp. (UTX).

Siegfried is enthusiastic about small business, entrepreneurship, education and wildlife conservation. As a member of the Irish Angels’ screening committee and an active angel investor with the group, he is committed to furthering growth for high-potential startups. He also serves on the strategic advisory board for the Helmerich Research Center at Oklahoma State University’s Tulsa campus, and as an advisor for Last Night’s Game in Tulsa and for Jester King Brewery in Austin, Texas.

Siegfried holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration, from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana and Arizona State University in Tempe, respectively.
