Jason Crooks

Jason Crooks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management across various sectors, particularly in agriculture and mining. Currently serving as the Manager - Health, Safety & Environment at The North Australian Pastoral Company and as a Principal Consultant at GreenSquare Solutions, Jason has led numerous HSE projects that include corporate due diligence, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Previous roles include managerial positions at Hassad Australia, where Jason developed leading practice HSE and Animal Welfare Management Systems, and at Great Southern Group of Companies, where significant improvements in safety and environmental performance were achieved. Jason's career began with significant contributions at Rio Tinto, where Jason implemented environmental management systems and authored key reports. Jason holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science (Hons) in Natural Resource Management from the University of Wollongong and a Diploma of Occupational Health and Safety from the Australian Institute of Technology Transfer.
