Christine Tolton

Christine Tolton is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and communications. Currently serving as Chief Idea Officer at Red Cat Marketing Inc since January 2005, Christine specializes in developing and executing marketing strategies for diverse B2B and B2C clients globally. In 2024, Christine took on roles as Strategic Advisor for The NORTH by Female Founder Collective and as a Limited Partner with Women's Equity Lab, where emphasis is placed on early-stage investments in high-growth companies. Previous roles include Strategy Lead, Mentor & Industry Specialist at Innovation Guelph, and Director positions at CIBC and De Novo Corporation, among others. Christine holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo and an Honours Marketing degree from Humber College. Additionally, contributions to Leadership Waterloo Region were made from 2012 to 2013.
