Carol Shu

Carol Shu is a seasoned sustainability professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Sustainability at The North Face, a VF Company, since January 2015, Carol Shu has defined key performance indicators and targets that align with brand values and support Science Based Targets. Prior roles include Sustainability Manager and Senior Sustainability Coordinator, during which time Carol Shu played a vital role in communications for campus sustainability initiatives at UC Davis. As a co-founder of Aggie Reuse Store, Carol Shu established a successful retail operation focused on reuse and sustainability. Carol Shu holds an MBA in Sustainable Business Management and an MFA in Design from UC Davis, along with a BA in Design and Psychology.
