Caroline Brown

Caroline Brown currently holds the position of Global Brand President at The North Face since June 2024 and is a member of the Global Leadership Team and Board of Directors at VF Corporation since February 2024. Prior to these roles, Caroline served as Managing Director at Closed Loop Partners from April 2019 to June 2023. Caroline's extensive experience in the fashion and luxury sectors includes serving as CEO of Donna Karan International at LVMH from January 2015 to January 2017, President of Carolina Herrera at Puig from June 2010 to November 2014, and CEO of Akris US from November 2006 to November 2009. Additionally, Caroline spent over a decade at Giorgio Armani, concluding as Senior VP Marketing & Communications, US. Caroline's education includes executive training in Artificial Intelligence implications for business strategy from MIT Sloan Executive Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University. Caroline also attended Choate Rosemary Hall.
