Eric Worthington

Eric Worthington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and community engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Technician at The North Face since December 2002, Eric has successfully developed strategic processes resulting in a 10% reduction in inbound auditing requirements for over 48 million units annually. Previously, Eric was a Consumer Response Specialist at the Women's Empowerment Network from April 2019 to November 2020 and served as Secretary of the Board of Directors, advocating for the advancement of women within VF Corporation. Early career experience includes a role as Assistant Model Coordinator at the Academy of Art University. Eric holds an Associate’s Degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Front Range Community College Larimer Campus.
