Maddie Grandbois

Maddie Grandbois is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in brand development and strategy across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Americas Brand Creative at The North Face, a VF Company, since August 2023, Maddie previously held the position of Group Executive Creative Director at Accenture Song from April 2022 to June 2023. As the Founder and Chief Creative Director of BTTR from February 2014 to April 2022, Maddie revolutionized the agency model before selling and later reacquiring the company. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Creative Director and Board Member of SZENT, SVP Creative at Zealot Networks, and Creative Director at Zambezi, Inc., where Maddie worked with high-profile clients such as Coca-Cola and Footlocker. Educational credentials include a BFA in Art Direction and Design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
