Whitney Flynn is a seasoned professional in brand operations and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Global Brand Operations and Planning at The North Face since August 2019. In this role, Whitney manages operations and planning within the brand marketing function, focusing on annual planning, creative operations, and budget management. Previous positions at The North Face include Director of Marketing Operations and Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, where Whitney led cross-functional initiatives and integrated brand campaigns. Prior to this, Whitney founded Totem Strategy, providing consultancy for growth-stage organizations, and contributed to Sequoia Capital's Young Founders Program.
