Erica Vandersand

Erica Vandersand currently serves as Product Manager for S.A.F.E. at The North Group, Inc. since November 2023, overseeing an online situational awareness training product. Prior experience includes being an MBA student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where significant achievements involved a situational analysis for ExxonMobil and team-led start-up business planning. Erica also worked as an interim director for high school youth ministry at Emmaus Catholic Parish, implementing a multi-format program to adapt to COVID-19. Earlier roles included a substantial tenure at Johnson Space Center as a Human Resources Business Partner, progressing through multiple promotions. Erica holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Rice University, an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tulane University.
