Jim Caldwell

Jim Caldwell joined the The North West Company in 2021 as President, Canadian Retail. Jim is a seasoned leader with 40 years of retail experience covering functional areas in operations, merchandising, distribution, sales and marketing. He has served in senior roles with Walmart, Lowes, The Brick and, most recently, as President of OK Tire. Jim also formerly served on the Board of Directors for the Retail Council of Canada and the Canadian Association of Chain Drug Stores Council of Representatives.
