Shannon Earle

Shannon Earle, CPHR, has extensive experience in human resources leadership roles. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, People & Culture at The North West Company, where they began in January 2024. Prior to this, they worked at WCB Manitoba as the Vice President of Human Resources & Communications from December 2016 to January 2024. Shannon also served as the Director of Human Resources at Richardson International from December 2012 to December 2016. In this role, they provided HR direction and leadership to the entire organization. Before that, they worked at Winpak Ltd. as the Manager of Human Resources from January 2008 to December 2012, where they were responsible for various HR functions and provided leadership. Shannon's career began at Tembec, where they served as a Human Resources Supervisor. During their time there, they managed employee and labor relations, recruitment, training, and participated in collective bargaining.

Shannon Earle, CPHR, obtained their CPHR Designation from CPHR Canada in 2006. Prior to that, they completed their B.Comm (Hons) at the University of Manitoba.
