Dr. Ritu Dhingra is a seasoned expert in environmental law, botany, biodiversity, and sustainable development, with over thirty years of experience. Presently serving as the IUCN CEESP Regional Vice Chair for East and Southern Asia since October 2021, Ritu Dhingra also works as a freelance author and has been a Visiting Assistant Professor at The NorthCap University since 2013, focusing on international law and forest conservation. In addition to research and legal consulting for environmental initiatives, Ritu Dhingra has held roles as an Environmental Law and Policy Consultant and Assistant Professor at the University of Delhi's Campus Law Centre. Ritu Dhingra's academic credentials include degrees in law and botany, along with a Ph.D. in Environmental Law from The NorthCap University.
