Laura Porter serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at both Legacy Risk Solutions, LLC and The Norton Agency since August 2016, where responsibilities encompass managing comprehensive HR services across all divisions, including employee onboarding, benefits coordination, payroll administration, and employee relations. Previously, Laura held the position of Operations Manager and Human Resources Director at Adams Transfer and Storage from June 2006 to March 2016, overseeing moving and storage operations, customer service, and HR functions. Prior to that, Laura was the Human Resources Director/Vice President of Human Resources at a Professional Employer Organization from November 1990 to June 2006, managing HR and payroll services for multiple companies, with expertise in multi-state payroll processing and tax filings.
