Rune Goul Nellemann

Rune Goul Nellemann is an experienced senior adviser at The Norwegian Ministry of Finance, working in various departments since August 2017, focusing on economic policy, asset management, and budget preparation. Responsibilities include overseeing the Government Pension Fund's investment strategy, evaluating Norges Bank's operational management, and advising on annual budget proposals. Prior to this, Rune Goul Nellemann held roles as an analyst at Menon Economics and participated in the Maritime Trainee program organized by the Norwegian Shipowners' Association. Education includes a Master of Science in International Political Economy from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Oslo.
