Jo Cullen

Jo Cullen currently serves as the General Manager of Organisational Culture at The NRMA, where responsibilities include leading culture transformation programs and aligning People, Capability, and Culture initiatives with the Strategic Business Plan. Prior to this role, Jo held various leadership positions at FOXTEL, including Head of People & Culture, where efforts focused on driving change and enhancing leadership capabilities. Jo's career also includes experience as an HR Manager at Nextt Food Group and as a Retail Trainer at Freedom Furniture. Academic qualifications include a Professional Diploma of HR from Deakin University, a Masters of Adult Education from the University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Education from the Institute of Education Sydney University.
