Katherine Ng is a highly skilled compliance, assurance, and ethics professional with extensive experience in internal audit and financial management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Compliance, Assurance and Ethics Manager at The NRMA since November 2022, Katherine leads risk and compliance initiatives while overseeing investigations related to the Speak Up Hotline. Previously, as the Head of Internal Audit at TPG Telecom, Katherine successfully navigated a transformative period, enhancing audit processes and identifying control improvements. Prior roles include Finance Business Partner at Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety, where Katherine provided financial insights to leadership, and Head of Internal Audit & Risk for Asia Pacific at Staples, managing the audit function across multiple regions. Katherine’s earlier experience includes positions as an Internal Auditor at Tesco and a Senior Accountant in External Audit at PwC. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
