Odd-Even Bustnes

Odd-Even Bustnes currently serves as Head of Europe at The Nuclear Company since July 2025. Previously, Bustnes held the position of VP Business Development Europe at Redwood Materials from April 2021 to May 2025, and VP of Business Development Batteries at Norsk from November 2019 to March 2021. Prior to that, Bustnes was the Director of Business Development for Europe at Tesla from February 2015 to September 2019, during which time temporary management services were provided. Bustnes is also the founder and former CEO of Resource Advisors AS, with a tenure from May 2007 to September 2019. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Xynteo AS, SåkornInvest Management AS, and Rocky Mountain Institute, among others. Bustnes holds advanced degrees from Princeton University, the University of Oxford, and Dartmouth College, and began education at Armand Hammer UWC.
