Hayley Severance has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Hayley began their career as a Research Analyst at Georgetown University Medical Center in 2009. In 2010, they joined Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate and worked there until 2016. After that, they worked at Diligent Innovations, Inc. as a Senior Policy Advisor from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they started working at Nuclear Threat Initiative as a Senior Program Officer and later became a Senior Director. Currently, they hold the position of Deputy Vice President at Nuclear Threat Initiative.
Hayley Severance completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Public Health at Rutgers University from 2003 to 2007. Hayley then pursued further education at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, where they obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Epidemiology, spanning from 2007 to 2009.
