Cindy Berenstein Sibley

Cindy Berenstein Sibley is an experienced counselor and licensed marriage and family therapist with a focus on promoting social skills and positive communication among students, families, and educators. Currently serving as a Counselor at The Nueva School since 2013, Cindy also operates a private practice and has held various roles including Therapist at Parent's Place and Social, Emotional Learning Specialist at The Nueva School. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Educational Psychology/Counseling from California State University, East Bay, a Master’s in Public Health from San José State University, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from San Diego State University. Additionally, Cindy has experience as an instructor in mental and physical health courses across multiple universities and has developed comprehensive support programs for children and families, demonstrating a strong commitment to mental health and education.
