Hilario Napoles

Hilario "Boboy" Napoles is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at The Numina Group since June 2021, Napoles previously founded NovieDoce and held significant roles at UnitedHealth Group, where positions included Director of Software Development and IT and Web Innovations Manager. Additional experience includes serving as Technology Project Lead at RedPrairie and as IT Manager at Timex Group, where Napoles also worked as a Senior Software Engineer and DBA. Napoles holds a Bachelor's degree in Information and Computer Science from the University of Cebu and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
