Charles Harkola

Charles (CJ) Harkola is an experienced marketing and sales professional with a diverse background in operations and promotions. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Sales at Nurse Connection Staffing since November 2014, CJ has previously worked as the Operations Coordinator at the Center for Vascular Awareness and as the Membership Manager at the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce, where contributions included supporting over 1,200 business members. Other roles include Account Executive at Capital District Sports, Inc. and Sales Account Manager at WYNIT Distribution, along with promotional positions in sports marketing and alumni relations at the Syracuse Chiefs Triple A baseball and Niagara University, respectively. CJ holds degrees from Niagara University and Finger Lakes Community College in tourism and destination marketing.
