Previously, Elena held multiple positions at Cello Health Insight between January 2002 and January 2020, including Commercial Team Lead and Client Services Director, where responsibilities included managing teams and designing market research strategies for clients in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Elena's career began with various research-focused roles at Cello Group plc and is supported by a BA Hons in History and Politics from the University of Warwick, earned between 1997 and 2000.
