Michael Chadwick

Michael Chadwick currently serves as the Head of Engineering at The Nursery Store since April 2023. Previously, Michael held the position of Head of Engineering at UK Flooring Direct, where responsibilities included overseeing the development of a bespoke headless commerce platform using Next.js and AWS. Michael's career also includes significant roles at N Brown Group as Software Engineering Manager and Front End Technical Lead, as well as positions at bet365 and ao.com, where contributions focused on enhancing engineering capabilities, fostering technical culture, and driving agile delivery practices. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Multimedia & Web Development from The University of Bolton, completed in 2013.
