Stephen Calise

Stephen Calise is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as District Chef at The Nutrition Group since July 2019 and as Chef/Owner of NRGChef, a healthy meal delivery service, since August 2015. Previous roles include Assistant Store Manager at The Fresh Market, Executive Chef at Cescaphe Events Group overseeing food production for multiple banquet venues, Corporate Executive Chef at Dave Magrogan Group, and President of Restaurant Systems and Solutions, a restaurant consulting firm. Stephen also held the position of Executive Chef at Chart House Restaurant and received culinary training from Lieth's School of Food and Wine from 1990 to 1991.
