John St. Martin

John St. Martin is the Director of Modeling & Analytics at Oakleaf Group. John has over 20 years of experience in structured finance on both the buy and sell sides of the business, working for large banks, private asset management firms, and securities broker dealers.

John has extensive experience across structured products, including residential MBS, CDO/CLO, CMBS, consumer ABS, and experience forecasting and valuing a variety of esoteric cash flow streams. He has held numerous roles pertaining to modeling and analytics, structuring, asset valuation, portfolio management, sales, and trading.

John holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Finance from Virginia Tech.
