Jennifer Pletcher has extensive experience in education and counseling, currently serving as the Dean of Students at The Oaks Academy since August 2016. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as an Educational Consultant for The Women's Fund of Central Indiana from 2001 to July 2016, where Jennifer developed and implemented the youth philanthropy education program "GO: Give Back." Jennifer's background includes serving as an Assistant Teacher in Art and Early Education at The Oaks Academy from 2011 to 2015, emphasizing creative development in children, and functioning as a Middle School Guidance Counselor at Hamilton Southeastern Schools from 1997 to 2000. Jennifer holds a Master's Degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Butler University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Interpersonal Communications from Wheaton College.
