Joel Cormier

Joel Cormier has extensive experience in engineering and development roles. Joel started their career as an Engineering Intern at Henkel CEE in 1995. In 1996, they joined Viconic Health as the Director of Sales and Engineering, where they worked on underlayment systems to prevent fall-related injuries in senior living environments. Concurrently, they also worked at The Oakwood Group as the Director of Development Engineering and later as the Director of Advanced Development Engineering, overseeing various aspects of product development and intellectual property. In 2012, they joined Viconic Defense as the Director of Development Engineering and also worked at Viconic Sporting as the Director of Engineering.
