Elena Reeves

Elena Reeves, SHRM CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of the Human Capital Practice in the Partner Division at The O'Connor Group since February 2022, Elena also holds the role of HR Advisor. Prior to this, Elena was the Human Resources Director at Curaleaf from February 2021 to February 2022 and worked at BJ's Wholesale Club from June 2009 to February 2021 as a Regional Manager-Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on strategic business partnering in areas such as talent development and total rewards. Earlier experience includes serving as the Executive Team Leader of Human Resources at Target and as the Assistant General Manager at Tharaldson Lodging. Elena holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University at Albany, earned between 2001 and 2004.
