Lindsay Evans, SPHR, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at The O'Connor Group, providing outsourced HR and Talent Acquisition solutions to small and mid-market companies since February 2021. In addition, Lindsay is a Board Member for the Philadelphia Society of People & Strategy, holding various leadership roles, including VP of Finance and Co-Chair for Membership and Programming. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Chatham Financial, where Lindsay held positions as Director of Talent, Manager of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, and Human Resources Generalist from June 2004 to October 2020. Lindsay holds a Master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences from Temple University.
