Joris Beerda

Joris Beerda, FRSA, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Joris is currently the Chief Executive Officer of The Octalysis Group since August 2020, where they are responsible for project implementation and has achieved high customer and employee engagement ROIs. Joris is also a renowned keynote speaker at major conferences worldwide. Prior to this, Joris served as the Managing Director of The Octalysis Group from January 2013 to July 2021.

Before joining The Octalysis Group, Joris worked as the Global Head at Energy Select Group, a global advisory and HR consultancy firm, from an unknown start date to February 2013. Later on, from 1990 to 1996, they attended the University of Amsterdam, where they obtained an MA degree in Economics and Political Science. Furthermore, Joris holds an additional MA in International Relations and Economics from the University of Amsterdam, although the specific duration of this degree is unknown.
