Cory Tressler

Cory Tressler currently serves as the Strategic Director of Technology at MORPC since May 2023. Prior to this role, Tressler was the Worldwide Higher Education Marketing Manager at Apple from January 2022 to May 2023. At The Ohio State University, Tressler held various positions from October 2012 to January 2022, culminating in the role of Interim Associate Vice President of Learning Technology, where oversight was provided for a 65 FTE learning technology team and industry-leading educational tools. Tressler played a pivotal role in initiating the Digital Flagship program, enhancing student access to technology and building digital skills. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Virtual Learning for Beaufort County School District, where Tressler managed innovative virtual learning programs for K-12 education. Tressler’s educational background includes multiple degrees from The Ohio State University and the University of South Carolina, focusing on Educational Technology and Elementary Education.
