Danny Glassmann

Danny Glassmann, Ph.D., currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Student Engagement & Support and Dean of Students at The Ohio State University, a position held since March 2021. Prior to this role, Danny was the Associate Vice President for Student Life & Dean of Students at San Francisco State University from January 2019 to February 2021 and served as Associate Dean of Students & Student Ombudsperson at the University of Tennessee from June 2015 to January 2019. Earlier experience includes roles at Oglethorpe University, The University of Georgia, Emory University, Elon University, the University of Central Arkansas, the University of California, Riverside, and Hendrix College. Danny earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling and Student Personnel Services, along with a Graduate Certificate in Interdisciplinary Qualitative Studies from The University of Georgia. Additional academic qualifications include a Master of Science in College Student Personnel Services and Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Arkansas.
