Doug Sershen

Doug Sershen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in higher education administration. Currently serving as the Manager of Alumni Engagement and Operations at The Ohio State University's Knowlton School of Architecture since 2005, Doug functions as the chief of staff, advising senior leadership and overseeing the school's administration. Previously, Doug held the position of Administrative Director for Auxiliary Services in the College of Arts and Sciences, ensuring high customer service standards across multiple advising units. Prior to that, experience at Duke University included serving as Special Assistant to the Vice Provost for International Affairs and Development, where Doug supported internationalization efforts and managed special projects. Doug's career began at CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange as a Travel Counselor, providing travel services to students from various institutions. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in International/Global Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
