Jared Gardner

Jared Gardner is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in higher education. Since September 1999, Jared has served as the Secretary of the University Senate and Professor at The Ohio State University. Prior to this role, Jared was an Assistant Professor of English at Grinnell College from September 1994 to August 1999. Jared holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in English Language and Literature from The Johns Hopkins University, earned between September 1989 and 1994, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in American Literature from Amherst College, completed in May 1987. Educational foundations were laid at Stuyvesant High School, where Jared graduated with a High School Diploma in June 1983.
