Lisa Klinger

Lisa Klinger is the current Executive Assistant at The Ohio State University. Lisa previously worked as an Operations Manager at Cross Country Medical Staffing Network from July 2012 to April 2020. In this role, they were responsible for a variety of tasks including working closely with the centralized payroll and credentialing departments, preparing reports for the branch manager and regional vice president, closely monitoring the budget and GM, and handling compliance issues for field associates. Lisa also conducted monthly audits of field associate files for compliance, worked closely with recruiters to get new prospects moved to active status, and held monthly training sessions for office staff. In addition, they occasionally made cold calls to new potential clients, sent out contracts and CARs to credit departments, and visited clients and HCPs at their facilities. Lisa was also a Super User for CSS.

Lisa Klinger's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Ministry from Ohio Christian University, an Associate's degree in Office Administration from Hocking College, and a High School Diploma from Alexander Jr. / Sr. High School.
