Fadi Otaqui

Fadi Otaqui is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Europe at The Olayan Group since January 2019, Fadi manages legal matters across multiple jurisdictions focusing on M&A, Finance, Tax, and Regulatory issues. Fadi has also held key roles including Assistant General Counsel at the Competrol Luxembourg office and Member of the Management Board for Olayan Financing Company. Previous positions include Associate General Counsel and Head of the Legal Department at The Olayan Group, as well as a Legal Advisor and Associate at Latham & Watkins, where expertise encompassed corporate transactions and capital markets. Fadi's career began as a Paralegal and Acting Executive Director at the Young Entrepreneurs Association, where impactful lobbying efforts led to significant legal amendments in Jordan. Fadi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and multiple legal qualifications from BPP Law School.
