James Godfrey has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at The Old Spaghetti Factory since May 2022. Prior to this role, James held the position of Restaurant Manager at Cracker Barrel from August 2016 to September 2023 and served as General Manager at Culver Franchising System, Inc. from March 2015 to August 2016. James began a long career at McDonald's Corporation, where responsibilities as General Store Manager spanned from 1994 to February 2015. James holds two associate degrees in Accounting, one from Skyline High School in Holladay, UT, and another from the University of Utah.
