Currently serving as General Manager at The Old Spaghetti Factory since August 2023, Matthew has previously held similar roles at Landry's and Fuddruckers, showcasing expertise in scheduling, budgeting, training, and cost control. Early career experience includes positions as Assistant Manager at Cracker Barrel and Famous Dave's of America, as well as Kitchen Manager at Bertucci's. Notably, Matthew has also worked as Catering Director at Minnesota Zoo (Lancer Catering) and University of Minnesota (Aramark), demonstrating skills in menu development and client relations. Educational qualifications include an A.S in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a B.A in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University.
