Jessica Lynch-Blosse

Jessica Lynch-Blosse is an HR Associate Director at The Old Vic. Jessica has over seven years of experience working in Human Resources. Jessica has worked in a variety of industries including the NHS, fitness, and theatre. Jessica has a passion for helping people and making sure they are happy in their work. Jessica is always looking for new ways to improve the employee experience.

Jessica Lynch-Blosse is a choreographer, dance film maker, and movement therapist. Jessica studied at the University of Chichester, where they earned a degree in dance. Jessica also holds a certification from the CIPD in Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management.
