Chris Conklin is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant management. Currently serving as General Manager at The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery since 2019, Chris has previously held similar roles at various establishments including The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar and eeZ Fusion & Sushi. Chris's career initiated at Clarke's Charcoal Broiler as Restaurant Manager and spans over two decades in the industry, highlighting consistency and leadership in roles such as Service Manager at The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar and General Manager at Aria Tuscan Grill. Chris is educated at San Jose State University and Foothill College.
