Tom Hill has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Headteacher Designate for Lyde Green Community School within The Olympus Academy Trust since September 2016. Tom has held various roles, including Secondary School Improvement Lead, where leadership and collaboration across four secondary schools were emphasized to enhance outcomes for learners. Tom's previous positions include Interim Headteacher at Patchway Community School, Director of Assessment at nine schools, and Assistant Head Teacher at Bradley Stoke Community School, where significant growth in the Sixth Form was achieved. Additionally, Tom has been an Education Inspector for Ofsted since January 2022 and has a strong academic background with a Bachelor's in Chemistry and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Bristol.
