Vic Boynton

Vic Boynton is the current headteacher of Lyde Green Secondary School at Olympus Academy Trust. Vic has also served as an assistant principal, director of advanced learning, and teacher of geography and sustainability coordinator. In their most recent role, as senior project manager at Severn Wye Energy Agency, they were responsible for stakeholder engagement, budget management, report writing, meeting targets, strategic action planning, and working with European partners. Vic is a highly experienced educator and administrator with a proven track record of success in improving outcomes for students and exceeding targeted improvements in results.

Vic Boynton completed a PGCE in Secondary Geography at the University of Cambridge, followed by an MSc in Environmental Impact Assessment, Auditing and Management Systems at the University of East Anglia. Vic then went on to complete a BSc in Environmental Geology at The University of Sheffield.
