Previously, Markell served as a Loyalty Ambassador, Rooms Controller, Spa Desk Supervisor/Manager on Duty, Spa Attendant Supervisor, Spa Desk Agent, and Spa Attendant. Markell manages various aspects of guest services and accommodations, demonstrating a high standard of professionalism and dedication to ensuring a positive guest experience.
