Haydee Olinger

Haydee Olinger is the current Director at The ONE Group. Haydee has over 30 years of experience in the compliance industry. Haydee started their career in 1984 at McDonald's. Haydee held various positions during their tenure there, eventually becoming the Global Chief Compliance Officer in 2015. Haydee left McDonald's in 2016 to join BarkerGilmore LLC as a Director. Haydee has been with The ONE Group since 2018.

Haydee Olinger began their educational career by earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from DePaul University. Haydee then went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the same school. After working in the business world for a few years, they decided to return to school and earn a Master of Science in Leadership and Business Ethics from Duquesne University.
