Joshua Cool

Joshua Cool is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in leadership roles within the design and architectural sectors. Currently serving as VP of Development & Design at The ONE Group since October 2023, Joshua previously held the position of President at INNOVATION & DESIGN in ARCHITECTURE from March 2010 to October 2023. Joshua's prior experience includes serving as VP of Architectural Services and Principal at Menemsha, where responsible for strategic growth, and Studio Principal for Store Design at Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, overseeing the West Coast Retail Studio. Earlier positions include Senior Designer/Associate at Daroff Design Inc., focusing on restaurant and retail projects, and an internship with Bruce Levin Architect, specializing in retail design. Joshua holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Montana State University-Bozeman.
